By using PetCare Vault (web app), you agree to these terms and to use the service lawfully and respectfully.PetCare Vault is currently a browser-based web app, not a mobile app; you can still explore and use the available features and functionality, and a dedicated mobile app may be launched later.Some features may be limited by your device/browser settings, including reminder pop-ups/notifications (may not show if blocked or if the browser is closed), background alerts, and any push-style notifications.Camera/photo access is permission-based and may not work on all devices/browsers; you may need to upload images manually if camera capture is not supported.You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account, including any shared access you provide to carers/sitters/family.You keep ownership of the information, photos, and documents you upload; you give us permission to store/process/display them only to operate and improve the service.Do not upload content you don’t have rights to, or share someone else’s private information without permission; do not attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, or misuse the service.PetCare Vault is an organisation tool only and does not provide veterinary/medical advice; always consult a vet for health concerns and emergencies.Service availability may change; we may update, modify, limit, or discontinue features, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed reminders due to browser/device restrictions, data loss, or interruptions; nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.If you breach these terms or misuse the service, we may suspend or terminate access to protect users and the platform.Any paid plans/free trials (if offered) are subject to the pricing shown at checkout/in-app and any third-party payment processing terms.
